I LOVE what I get to do. I help you find lasting relief from pain and dysfunction with MOVEMENT. We focus on your mind body connection, getting your alignment into what feels best for you, and we specialize in loading for lasting gains. We do a lot of education, manual work, exercise, movement work, but we individualize it for what you and your body needs, where it is at. We listen to you and help to fill in any missing gaps in your recovery process.

Our goal is to restore you to full strength, activity, and wellness wherever you are in your journey. We emphasize core work, strengthening, movement training, and prioritize client education.
Providing physical therapy services in the home can decrease added stress of finding childcare and can increase your time focusing on your healing.
